Steel is stronger of course, but there is a nether limit for how slender the construction can be without bending even the parts of a steel bed.

Fully understanding how important sleep is for children will help parents to make changes to the existing routine. Learning what is a great environment for them to sleep in, and how much sleep they require is fundamental. Allowing children to have enough sleep will also help with obesity; as the brain releases a chemical during the night to control hunger.
